Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING

All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Please be aware that you may be responsible for additional customs fees charged by your local post office upon arrival in your country. We are not liable for lost packages once they have left our studio. Because all of our garments + textiles are produced in house, we ask that you allow 2-4 weeks from date of purchase for us to ship your item(s). Hand Dyed, Woven, or Marbled items may require additional time for delivery and are stated within the item description.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns for online purchases within 14 days of delivery. If it is outside the 14 day window, we can offer store credit for the return if it is within 4 weeks of the original delivery. We cannot honor exchanges or refunds after four weeks. Please return unworn merchandise with original tags, invoice, and packaging. Please note that if any item is returned in a condition other than how it originally left our facility, a Cleaning + Restocking Fee may be deducted from your refund or store credit amount. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized by Jamie + the Jones. Please send your return request to support@jamieandthejones.com with your order number and list of items you would like to return.

Easy, elegant summer workhorse

This is a great top! The design is interesting, elegant, and easy, and the fabric is amazing. I’ve bought my wife several of these in the extended length (which is perfect if you don’t like crop tops), and she wears theme incessantly in the summer. She’s been wearing them for several years, and they are still as good as new. The top is as easy as any t-shirt, but the elegant drape and interesting design makes much more eye-catching and dressy than a typical T. The fabric is so soft and comfortable, and it is fantastic for travel. It doesn’t hold smells or wrinkles, it’s light weight, and a bit of steam completely refreshes it. I highly recommend!

Simply stunning

I am so deeply in love with this top, in the few short weeks I’ve had it it’s become a closet staple for me. The cut and drape and lovely and give it just enough flow without feeling like you’re swimming. It’s a closet workhorse for sure.

As the mother of a toddler, I was a little hesitant about the care of a raw silk shirt. I reached out to customer service with a question about it, and I heard back from Jamie directly (wasn't expecting that!). She assured me the care was straightforward but offered to make a cotton top instead if I wanted. I decided to move forward and OMG am I ever glad I did! I'm obsessed with the nubby raw silk! I ordered the goldenrod color (so rich!) with the extension, and it fits me perfectly. I can't wait to buy another top!

I had read reviews about how short the normal length was after already clicking "purchase" so was worried but figured I would wait and see. I am 5'0" and 105 lbs and while yes, it IS definitely still short/cropped (even on me!) it is extremely flattering! If I am wearing mid to high rise jeans I can perfectly manage the french tuck in the front and the rest of the top drapes beautifully. I have paired the top with jeans, jean shorts, and work pants and it is comfortable for the summer heat and works with all outfits- overall a very versatile top though I might try the extended length for my next purchase so it is easier to fully tuck (which I prefer with my looser work pant styles). The "natural" is a gorgeous ivory/off-white that works with my warm undertones and is NOT see-through (hallelujah!) but I still always wear with a nude bra regardless. My biggest complaint would be that I was charged duties on the top (I'm in Canada) that were unexpected on an already pricey item, but I have no doubt I will still order more. Since I always find measurements in reviews helpful, my measurements are 35-25-35 and I am a 32D or 30DD, usually an XS in tops (which is what I ordered for this top as well), and a 25 or 0 in pants.
