Beautiful, Warm, and Cozy

I have the midweight sweater in the off white, so I bought the black in the heavy weight version. I love it. It's sturdier, so to speak, than the midweight one in that it's less drapey and more structured when it's on. It's also very warm -- so warm that I can wear it outdoors in 30 degree weather with a tee underneath and a scarf and be perfectly fine. Love, love, love.

One of my favorite garments

I own this sweater in both white and black, and I wear both of them all the time. It is beautiful, elegant and so structural - I get tons of compliments on both. The white is slightly more wearable for me as a mom of young kids, suprisingly: because there's some variance in the color, it covers minor stains well. The black, because it is so matte, shows anything that touches it (read: baby snot) and so needs a bit more maintenance. Both are totally gorgeous, and look suprisingly different, considering the only difference is in the color. They're very warm but not too heavy, and very soft, so great for late fall to early spring wear.

Structure and Comfort

I have this sweater in black, and it has more wears than any other item in my closet (with the exception of my black jeans). It's a really cool piece because it's so structural; yet, the weave and material is soft and cozy. I love the combination. I find it looks really great with high-waisted skinnies, or front-tucked into high-waisted wide-leg crops. It's a beautifully made piece too! Such good quality!

Still my favorite sweater after 2+ years!

This is hands-down the most reached-for item in my closet between October-April. I've had the heavy-weight sweater (or what would become the heavy-weight version) since late 2016 and it still looks amazing despite the insane number of times I've worn it! I'm 5'7" and a size 6-8 and the M (regular length) is perfect for me. I personally love the boxier-fit (due to the super durable weave!) on me and I feel that the boxy shape provides great venting that allows me to not get too hot in this sweater. I reach for it any day that the temps are between 30-70 degrees!

Beautiful sweater, not quite right for me

I ordered this sweater after having received and loved my natural mid-weight sweater. Since that was not available in black, I decided to try the heavyweight version so I could get the color I wanted. The fit is good, but the denser material makes the drape not as soft so it really holds its shape. As a result, the neckline stands up a little instead of laying flat on my shoulders. Full disclosure, I have only washed this twice, maybe it would soften up with more laundering? Very high quality and worth the investment, just not quite right for me.
