Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING

All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Please be aware that you may be responsible for additional customs fees charged by your local post office upon arrival in your country. We are not liable for lost packages once they have left our studio. Because all of our garments + textiles are produced in house, we ask that you allow 2-4 weeks from date of purchase for us to ship your item(s). Hand Dyed, Woven, or Marbled items may require additional time for delivery and are stated within the item description.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns for online purchases within 14 days of delivery. If it is outside the 14 day window, we can offer store credit for the return if it is within 4 weeks of the original delivery. We cannot honor exchanges or refunds after four weeks. Please return unworn merchandise with original tags, invoice, and packaging. Please note that if any item is returned in a condition other than how it originally left our facility, a Cleaning + Restocking Fee may be deducted from your refund or store credit amount. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized by Jamie + the Jones. Please send your return request to support@jamieandthejones.com with your order number and list of items you would like to return.

Everything you think it is and more comfortable

A friend had this sweater and I adored it. Thought about purchasing it for 4 years and still couldn't stop thinking about it. Finally took the plunge when I needed to replace a similar coloured sweater and can say hands down it is my most worn garment. I use for work, casual and around the home. I have even dressed it up. it fits large as it appears, so if you want a snugger fit consider that when grabbing your size (aka I am a "m-l" in most shirts except for sweaters where I am always an "L" due to my arm length and for this I stuck with a M. It is still loose and just incredibly comfortable. I usually wear sleves slightly rolled up, but it does fit my arm length when not. (I'm 5'7, 36B for context)

Also, because of the material, if you do spill it wipes clean pretty easily especially when notice right away. Have had now for many months and still looks new.
Hopefully will grab a black version one of these days. (Have the thinner confetti and also adore!)

I love love LOVE the pieced look, as it just gives the sweater a lil somethin’ extra. I’m a rabid quilted jacket collector and this sweater feels right at home in my closet. The sweater fits wonderfully and flatters my shape - this piece is definitely going to be a closet staple!

A Winter Wardrobe Enhancer

I LOVE this sweater. After purchasing the Checkered T Sweater last year, I didn’t think I could fall any deeper in love with J+J. I was enamored with the concept of a pieced sweater, so I decided to order one in black. I am so glad I did! The sweater is unique and beautiful. I have received so many compliments, but it is the comfort that has me reaching for it again and again. I am 5’9 and size 8 and the Medium fits TTS.

Perfect everyday sweater!!

This is my 5th (yes...5th) T-sweater and I love the added pieced detail! I appreciate the idea that the pieced items are truly one of a kind and are using scraps...nothing going to waste. Such smart and conscientious designing from Jamie and Hannah! This sweater is the perfect weight for Tennessee winter/spring. The heavier weight is structured without being too stiff and boxy. This sweater fits true to size (I'm 5'7" size 4 and bought a small). I'm so happy to add this to my J+J collection!
