Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING

All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Please be aware that you may be responsible for additional customs fees charged by your local post office upon arrival in your country. We are not liable for lost packages once they have left our studio. Because all of our garments + textiles are produced in house, we ask that you allow 2-4 weeks from date of purchase for us to ship your item(s). Hand Dyed, Woven, or Marbled items may require additional time for delivery and are stated within the item description.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns for online purchases within 14 days of delivery. If it is outside the 14 day window, we can offer store credit for the return if it is within 4 weeks of the original delivery. We cannot honor exchanges or refunds after four weeks. Please return unworn merchandise with original tags, invoice, and packaging. Please note that if any item is returned in a condition other than how it originally left our facility, a Cleaning + Restocking Fee may be deducted from your refund or store credit amount. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized by Jamie + the Jones. Please send your return request to support@jamieandthejones.com with your order number and list of items you would like to return.

New Wardrobe Staple

I ordered the XS size in umber, and its absolutely fantastic!
For reference I'm 5'2", 125lbs and 34B bust. The XS is the perfect size, not too short and the neckline actually fits! Normally for boxy tops the neckline is too wide but not for this size and style. This is my first raw silk item and the texture so so soft, its layers easily and its surprisingly warm. And the care guide included was helpful. The pockets are huge and usable, but the tops tend to hang open, so I have to adjust them every now and then. The color is versitle, its easy to pair with so many items already in my wardrobe, and its also easy to dress up or down. This is my first purchase from J+J and they do live up to the hype! Will purchase from again!

Cutie

This is such a cute top, it adds a lot of interest to an otherwise simple outfit. The pockets are actually pretty sturdy-but the use of them does pull the wider neckline forward a bit. I especially love this top layered over a turtleneck and some slim leg jeans in the winter.

surprise hero!

I am still surprised by how much I love the pocket box top. It's the perfect alternative to a t-shirt and the olive color is to die for. I wear this with jeans and sneakers and also silk pants with a cardigan over. I've also slept in it more than once!

Staple Piece!!!

The first item I ever bought from J+J was this. I love how much this too drapes to flatter any body type and the pockets are a major plus to carry snacks in. (I work in a ceramic studio and need my snacks!!!) I love it so much that I even purchased the black denim version in a sample sale and ALSO someone selling a white version online. (Please bring these back because the structure on them was also amazing!)
