Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING

All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Please be aware that you may be responsible for additional customs fees charged by your local post office upon arrival in your country. We are not liable for lost packages once they have left our studio. Because all of our garments + textiles are produced in house, we ask that you allow 2-4 weeks from date of purchase for us to ship your item(s). Hand Dyed, Woven, or Marbled items may require additional time for delivery and are stated within the item description.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns for online purchases within 14 days of delivery. If it is outside the 14 day window, we can offer store credit for the return if it is within 4 weeks of the original delivery. We cannot honor exchanges or refunds after four weeks. Please return unworn merchandise with original tags, invoice, and packaging. Please note that if any item is returned in a condition other than how it originally left our facility, a Cleaning + Restocking Fee may be deducted from your refund or store credit amount. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized by Jamie + the Jones. Please send your return request to support@jamieandthejones.com with your order number and list of items you would like to return.

fantastic

The staple basic tee was my first J&J purchase. I bought this is in natural and wear it once a week. It's beautifully made, comfortable and a classic piece that I can see myself reaching for time and time again. I also really appreciated the care card that was included with the shirt, which had a helpful note about stain removal.

t shirt up grade

I purchased the staple basic t in size medium in emerald green. I most often wear a M or L when shopping at mall type stores. This shirt fit perfectly in medium, it has a great drape. The emerald color is rich and beautiful. I have worn this shirt to a toddler birthday party with jeans and to work under a cardigan and I felt great on both occasions, very easy to wear in a variety of situations. Length wise I wish this top was may an inch longer, it is not quite long enough for me to comfortably tuck and it is not quite a cropped style either on my average length torso (I'm 5'5"). However I do love this length as I am happy to have some shirts that are not tunic length, this is a great style. Overall I recommend this shirt as a beautiful t shirt up grade.

Such a great basic piece. Sizing is flexible, I'd say if you want it fitted-size down, if you want it relaxed take your regular size. These are great under the t-sweater, on their own or with a cute skirt. The texture adds interest to an outfit, and I have this in Petal, Olive, Mist and Black-all four are great colors and mix with anything.

Great Basic

I really love this top. The black has faded - but I’ve worn it a ton, washed it, and treat it like any other basic. It’s held up well, still looks nice as a charcoal color. Shape works with a multitude of outfits - casual to professional. I might like it a little longer, but then again, it’s great the way it is!

I seriously need this top in every color. I like ordering down for a bit more fitted look (I’m 5’3, 160 lbs) and get compliments on mine all the time. The color, texture, and construction are flawless. So glad I discovered J+J!
