Long Hollow's alpacas are sheared only once a year on the farm to maintain their health and to harvest their beautiful fleece. Alpaca fiber is naturally hypo-allergenic and Suri Alpacas are known for their silky, lustrous rope-like twisted locks. This makes the fiber extremely soft and not scratchy at all!
Care: Hand wash or Machine Wash gentle with cold water. Lay flat or hang to dry. Do not put in the dryer, warm iron if needed.

A cowl made from our all time favorite handwoven, Mid-Weight fabric! It's offered in natural cotton, as well as all of our hand-dyed colors in collaboration with Black Sheep Goods here in Nashville. The fabric is warm yet breathable and suitable for all seasons. It's the perfect accessory to keep your neck cozy!

- Each cowl is completely unique with a gradient of organic color movement through each hand spun yarn
- Please note that colors may vary from each dye pot, but we tried to capture the most true color of each option we carry
- Mid-Weight Handwoven fabric
This cowl is made from raw, minimally processed cotton yarn that is spun and dyed by hand. You can expect slight variation in aesthetic due to the hand spun fibers and handwoven nature of this fabric.
Care: Machine wash cold, do not bleach, tumble dry low, warm iron if needed. All our fabric is pre-washed + shrunk to ensure quality and care standards.

The No. 2 Wide Tooth Comb is functional and exceptionally beautiful! Created by Machete, they are handmade from Italian acetate and suitable for all hair types including wavy and curly hair.
Measures: 6.5" long, 2.38" wide
Each comb comes in a Machete zip bag made from EVA film to protect your comb from being damaged or scratched during order fulfillment and shipping. EVA film is a biodegradable green material that does not harm the environment. The clear zip bag also provides a soft, protective layer while storing your comb.
The cellulose acetate & bio-acetate Machete sources is high quality and non-petroleum based. Cellulose acetate and bio-acetate are natural and renewable materials, providing an eco-friendly alternative to petroleum-based materials.
Located in Atlanta, Georgia, Machete is a line of eco-conscious, affordable jewelry & accessories for everyday wear. Jennifer J Matchett, Founder, Designer and Creative Director of Machete, graduated with a degree in Art History from Gainesville, Florida. Inspired by her collections of antique and vintage jewelry, she began creating pieces out of vintage Italian acetate. She currently works alongside her husband Cale, and their small team in the Atlanta area.
