Shipping + Returns


All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Please be aware that you may be responsible for additional customs fees charged by your local post office upon arrival in your country. We are not liable for lost packages once they have left our studio. Because all of our garments + textiles are produced in house, we ask that you allow 2-4 weeks from date of purchase for us to ship your item(s). Hand Dyed, Woven, or Marbled items may require additional time for delivery and are stated within the item description.


We gladly accept returns for online purchases within 14 days of delivery. If it is outside the 14 day window, we can offer store credit for the return if it is within 4 weeks of the original delivery. We cannot honor exchanges or refunds after four weeks. Please return unworn merchandise with original tags, invoice, and packaging. Please note that if any item is returned in a condition other than how it originally left our facility, a Cleaning + Restocking Fee may be deducted from your refund or store credit amount. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized by Jamie + the Jones. Please send your return request to with your order number and list of items you would like to return.

    Current turnaround: 2 - 4 weeks

    • A beautiful handwoven sweater using the same pattern as our Mid-Weight T Sweater, but with a slightly looser and more open weave
    • It gives it a nice oversized fit and is incredibly soft
    • The color-grown cotton comes from the ground in this beautiful umber color and is from a grower who has farms in both Arizona and New Mexico. The natural color in cotton comes from natural pigments found in cotton and produces shades ranging from tan to green and brown. Naturally colored cotton is believed to have originated in the Americas around 5000 years ago in the Andes. 
    • Garment is fully traceable from seed to sew: Cotton is grown in the U.S and spun in both Canada + the U.S. The fabric is handwoven in Southbury, Connecticut
    • Subtle bat-wing sleeve
    • 1 1/2” hem

    About our Weaver: Katie Strano

    Katie Strano weaves out of her old farmhouse in Southbury, CT, where she lives with her husband, 4 year old son + dog Runka. Katie creates the gorgeous movement and variation in the checkered sweater with a textured yarn called “slub.” She loves the idea of making a functional thing of beauty and the problem solving weaving requires.
