Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING

All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Please be aware that you may be responsible for additional customs fees charged by your local post office upon arrival in your country. We are not liable for lost packages once they have left our studio. Because all of our garments + textiles are produced in house, we ask that you allow 2-4 weeks from date of purchase for us to ship your item(s). Hand Dyed, Woven, or Marbled items may require additional time for delivery and are stated within the item description.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns for online purchases within 14 days of delivery. If it is outside the 14 day window, we can offer store credit for the return if it is within 4 weeks of the original delivery. We cannot honor exchanges or refunds after four weeks. Please return unworn merchandise with original tags, invoice, and packaging. Please note that if any item is returned in a condition other than how it originally left our facility, a Cleaning + Restocking Fee may be deducted from your refund or store credit amount. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized by Jamie + the Jones. Please send your return request to support@jamieandthejones.com with your order number and list of items you would like to return.

Fantastic loose jacket, great for summer!

I got this jacket in umber and I wear it constantly during the hot summers here in South Central WA state. It provides a bit of cover from sun (and A/C chilly offices!), and I can carry my essentials in the voluminous pockets. It is very soft and comfortable. I'm entering this review for the promotion, but I should have entered a review long before now. The best part--I got this jacket last year, I've worn it multiple times and have yet to wash it! It wears like a dream and the natural fabric doesn't hold odors at all. It's really the perfect cover up. Now I'm off to get another one!!! Hope to see this style in some of the new dyes, I could use this in a rust or terra cotta!!

Actually perfect.

This was my first purchase from J+tJ, after pining for this jacket for months. It arrived within the states time and is absolutelty amazing. I have a 50” bust and 57” hip and the 2x is perfect. I love how rich and soft the color is (I ordered Umber) and the drape of the silk. This has immediately entered my rotation, especially with being home bound. I still feel like me, but comfy. Truly one of my new
instant favorites.

Love this as a layering piece!

I have a minimal closet and am always looking for pieces that serve multiple functions and this definitely delivers! I love layering this piece over tops, dresses, and with my other two Jamie + The Jones pieces - The Wide Leg Pant and The Blank Canvas Top. This is cozy, but also helps you look pulled together.

lovely staple piece

I like finding alternatives to regular cardigans and blazers I can wear to work. I got this in umber and love wearing it with cream or white, black, and even grey. I'm 5'4", 125 lbs, and got a small. I find it a little too loose and would prefer a slightly narrower cut or a little shorter but it's an awesome piece.

Perfect Jacket for Any Occasion

I recently purchased the Haori in Umber, size Medium, and I typically wear a Medium or a Large in tops/jackets. The drape and movement on the Haori is beautiful, and it works well dressed up for the office or down for more casual times on the weekend. You could easily size down if you wanted a less loose and drapey look. I love how versatile this piece is, and I'm looking forward to pairing it with my Umber Wide-Leg Pants as a new take on the power suit!
