Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING

All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Please be aware that you may be responsible for additional customs fees charged by your local post office upon arrival in your country. We are not liable for lost packages once they have left our studio. Because all of our garments + textiles are produced in house, we ask that you allow 2-4 weeks from date of purchase for us to ship your item(s). Hand Dyed, Woven, or Marbled items may require additional time for delivery and are stated within the item description.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns for online purchases within 14 days of delivery. If it is outside the 14 day window, we can offer store credit for the return if it is within 4 weeks of the original delivery. We cannot honor exchanges or refunds after four weeks. Please return unworn merchandise with original tags, invoice, and packaging. Please note that if any item is returned in a condition other than how it originally left our facility, a Cleaning + Restocking Fee may be deducted from your refund or store credit amount. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized by Jamie + the Jones. Please send your return request to support@jamieandthejones.com with your order number and list of items you would like to return.

      • A beautiful handwoven sweater using the same pattern as our T Sweater, but in a statement hand-dyed pattern.
      • The weight of this sweater is the same width as our Confetti T Sweater
      • Subtle bat-wing sleeve
      • 1 1/2” hem
      • Garment is fully traceable from seed to sew: Cotton is grown and spun in Georgia. The fabric is handwoven in Madison, WI.

      About our Weaver: Amanda James

      Amanda James is running a small batch textile manufactory in Madison, WI called Thief & Moth. She learned to weave in 2007 while getting her BFA from Kansas City Art Institute and has been passionate about including handwoven fabrics in the garment industry for over a decade. Her fascination for the handloom and all of its many moving parts is unfading, and for her the joy is in the making—touching and retouching each piece of yarn, overcoming challenges, and discovering new possibilities.
      • Daunnette is wearing a size Small in the Regular Length. She is 5' 9” Tall with a 34”B Bust, 25” Waist, and 35” Hip.

    One of the many things I love about this sweater is that no two are the same! The weight is perfect for Canadian winters and the drape is lovely.

    Favorite top that will last a lifetime

    I got this sweater two weeks ago and have already worn it numerous times. I have gotten so many compliments on it and I feel so amazing when I wear it! I like things oversized and the size is perfect. I will keep this forever, it is my new favorite item in my closet!

    Worth the $

    I was skeptical about spending the money thinking this line of clothing would be delicate or fragile. I couldn’t have been more wrong! The quality is outstanding and even though my sweater didn’t come in time for a trip I was taking it was worth the wait, and there’s always another trip😘. I love the weight of the sweater and the uniqueness of the design! Thank you ☺️

    A piece of art that you can wear

    This sweater is my biggest investment piece to date and I am so glad to have it in my closet. The sweater is pretty light weight, so I will get 3-seasons of wear potential on the east coast. The cotton is so soft, delicate (but substantial!) and absolutely beautiful in design as photographed. At 5'0" in XS, the fit is a big longer on me than the heavy weight T sweater, blank canvas, and t-tops. The drape is also a bit more trapeze in shape in comparison to those other garments. That said, I feel it is a truly unique item in my wardrobe that I will wear to work, at home, and out and about for years to come. Love it!
