SHIPPING

All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Please be aware that you may be responsible for additional customs fees charged by your local post office upon arrival in your country. We are not liable for lost packages once they have left our studio. Because all of our garments + textiles are produced in house, we ask that you allow 2-4 weeks from date of purchase for us to ship your item(s). Hand Dyed, Woven, or Marbled items may require additional time for delivery and are stated within the item description.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns for online purchases within 14 days of delivery. If it is outside the 14 day window, we can offer store credit for the return if it is within 4 weeks of the original delivery. We cannot honor exchanges or refunds after four weeks. Please return unworn merchandise with original tags, invoice, and packaging. Please note that if any item is returned in a condition other than how it originally left our facility, a Cleaning + Restocking Fee may be deducted from your refund or store credit amount. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized by Jamie + the Jones. Please send your return request to support@jamieandthejones.com with your order number and list of items you would like to return.

lovely but fragile

I bought these about 4 months ago and they've been an incredible purchase. Seriously, they are the perfect color, the perfect texture, fit, everything I wanted from these pants I got. Unfortunately, after a month of wearing them, they ripped at the seam between my legs. I've tried repairing them many times but that proved fruitless. I wasn't sure if it was because of the size, the way I walk, or the fabric. They fit so perfectly, so I have no idea what happened. Sadly, I had to retire them because the hole is just too embarrassing. They were also pretty expensive so my disappointment was even greater.

Perfect pants

These pants are absolutely perfect. I’m short (under 5’) and chubby (160ish lbs) with most of my weight in my tummy, so pants are usually impossible but these are flattering and unbelievably comfortable. They are also impeccably made! I’m in love and budgeting for my next pair as we speak.

Get yourself these pants!

As always, I'm writing a glowing review for J+J! These pants are comfortable but still nice enough to wear to work. They are superbly well made and fit me perfectly. For reference, I am 5'5, approximately 130lbs, and a straight(ish) figure.

On top of this, Jamie is responsive, kind, and very helpful. So happy with these pants!

Magic Pants

I absolutely love these pants. The design and cut of them is stunning in its simplicity, and the raw silk is gorgeous and high quality, somehow both substantial and delicate/flowing at the same time. I purchased these in black and will be getting a ton of wear out of the versatile color and silhouette. For sizing reference, I'm petite (a little under 5'4'') with a 26'' waist and 35'' hip and the XS fits like a dream and is super flattering, falling just above the ankle. The real winning aspect of these pants is the fact that the front waistband is flat and gives them a more put-together vibe than a full elastic waistband (which is what I typically find on pants of this style). The only challenge is resisting the urge to slip these on every morning! I'd love to see other colors available in the future, especially some of the ones mentioned in previous reviews, like navy.

My favorite pant ever!

I love these pants!! I can't say it enough. I've now bought three colors...navy, olive and black. The fit is so flattering with the smooth front and flat pockets. The length is perfect for me (5'7") and I can easily wear heels or flats depending on where I am wearing them. I was a little nervous about ordering additional pairs because I wondered if they would actually fit the same. This seems silly because they totally should...and they do! They dry clean well and I am comfortable to dress them up with a nice blouse or wear them casual with a sweater or my J&J sweatshirt. I especially love that I can wear them year round here in Nashville! These are the perfect investment piece that you will wear weekly.
