Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING

All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Please be aware that you may be responsible for additional customs fees charged by your local post office upon arrival in your country. We are not liable for lost packages once they have left our studio. Because all of our garments + textiles are produced in house, we ask that you allow 2-4 weeks from date of purchase for us to ship your item(s). Hand Dyed, Woven, or Marbled items may require additional time for delivery and are stated within the item description.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns for online purchases within 14 days of delivery. If it is outside the 14 day window, we can offer store credit for the return if it is within 4 weeks of the original delivery. We cannot honor exchanges or refunds after four weeks. Please return unworn merchandise with original tags, invoice, and packaging. Please note that if any item is returned in a condition other than how it originally left our facility, a Cleaning + Restocking Fee may be deducted from your refund or store credit amount. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized by Jamie + the Jones. Please send your return request to support@jamieandthejones.com with your order number and list of items you would like to return.

    • Tatiana (in Natural) is wearing a size small. She is 5' 9" Tall with a 35"C Bust, 26" Waist, and 36" Hip.
    • Janice (in Amethyst) is wearing a size 3XL. She is 6’0” Tall with a 51.5” Bust, 53.5” Waist, and 57” Hip. Her Arm Length measures 28 1/2” and Bicep 19 3/5”. At the time of this shoot, we did not offer 4XL, but with Janice's height, she would have chosen a size 4XL for a longer length and slightly more unfitted look. She liked the size 3XL for a more fitted look.

This is the perfect everyday dress. It's modest, easy and pairs with everything. A belt, booties, birks, sneakers, cardis, leather/denim jackets...it all works! Yay.

I'm 5'2" and a standard US4. I bought the XS in Nutmeg which is a lightish choc brown (to go with all my neutral knits and accessories). It is still fairly loose and sits slightly lower on my calf.

A solid summertime staple

I have one of these in Ink - it's what I pull out when I need a casual but respectable dress for summer dinners and such. I bought mine in a small, so it's a bit more fitted - but that's what I was hoping for. I'm not yet washed it in a washing machine - I think I would like to maintain the sheen of the fabric as is.

Beautiful blank slate

I have this dress in Amethyst, size S and haven't been able to wear it much yet during the winter. I'm 5'4, 120lbs, and generally take a small. This dress is roomy but hangs nicely. I am anticipating starting a family and I suspect it would work through most of a pregnancy. The fabric is beautiful and I love the color. I think it will work best for me dressed up slightly, given the relatively plain shape. My only "note" is that the neckline/shoulders are a little wide on me. I think I could have potentially sized down to an XS. But as it is, I think this is a garment that will work for me through many stages in my life, and I have no doubt that it will remain sturdy and beautiful for years.
