Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING

All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Please be aware that you may be responsible for additional customs fees charged by your local post office upon arrival in your country. We are not liable for lost packages once they have left our studio. Because all of our garments + textiles are produced in house, we ask that you allow 2-4 weeks from date of purchase for us to ship your item(s). Hand Dyed, Woven, or Marbled items may require additional time for delivery and are stated within the item description.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns for online purchases within 14 days of delivery. If it is outside the 14 day window, we can offer store credit for the return if it is within 4 weeks of the original delivery. We cannot honor exchanges or refunds after four weeks. Please return unworn merchandise with original tags, invoice, and packaging. Please note that if any item is returned in a condition other than how it originally left our facility, a Cleaning + Restocking Fee may be deducted from your refund or store credit amount. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized by Jamie + the Jones. Please send your return request to support@jamieandthejones.com with your order number and list of items you would like to return.

Like Pajamas, but better

I've been drooling over T tops for a long time and I'm so happy to have final purchased an extended length version. The length is just perfect to wear with slim pants or, let's be real, leggings. I love it for working at home - the perfect way to dress up an outfit - but I'll wear it to the office as well because it's just gorgeous and I feel like a million bucks in it. The poppy color is not as bright as it showed on my screen; it is super flattering, and the silk crepe is heaven. Really, it's as easy and comfy as a sweatshirt, but is elegant, flattering and a showstopper.

I'm 5'5" and a large - I could have probably taken the medium in this, but it doesn't overwhelm. The cut is just magnificent.

Seriously the best top.

I wear my top to work w/a chambray shirt underneath, then I take that off and just wear the top to bed, then I get up and wear it again the next day w/leggings. Looks perfect, so soft and drapey. It’s always polished and fun and interesting. I’m buying more so I can wash and dry a couple to have them look lived in, and hand wash/dry to preserve the less worn silk look. Truly worth it.

Don't judge me

Not a brag on my personal hygiene or housekeeping skills, BUT, I just picked my black J&J shirt off the floor from where it's been for about a month, it's been worn 4 times, never washed, had dust and dirty paw prints on it. I took a damp wash cloth and a steamer to it for about 3 minutes and it looks and smells like a million bucks. I feel good everytime I put it on, even when I'm feeling fat and frumpy, I need to save my pennies and get one for every day of the week. Cause let's face it, I'm never going to do laundry or hang up my clothes or be skinny. Just thought you might like to hear my J&J love story this morning.

I have this top in the blush in a medium, and I absolutely adore it! It's a really great color, shape, weight (it's much heavier than any other silk I own, which is awesome), and it's machine washable and holds up so well! To me, it's so worth the investment! A beautiful, closet staple and work horse! It can be dressed up, or down, and is velvety and luxurious! Truly a special piece!

Obsessed!

This top is GORGEOUS. I received it right before the holidays and immediately started wearing it to *every* party and social situation I had on the calendar. I purchased the black and love that it is just a shade lighter than a typical black so there's a tiny bit of contrast if I wear it with jet black pants.The weight and drape of J+J's silk is unlike any other brand that I've encountered.It's velvety (matte look/feel), durable (doesn't wrinkle easily), and is just a dream to wear. I would absolutely recommend this over Elizabeth Suzann's silk, which is at a similar price point but noticeably thinner and more prone to wrinkles.

I'm 5'7" and a size 6-8 and the M (regular length) is the perfect fit for me. If you have been thinking about this top for months (like I was!), just do it - it's absolutely worth the investment and you will feel like a million bucks when you wear it!
