Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING

All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Please be aware that you may be responsible for additional customs fees charged by your local post office upon arrival in your country. We are not liable for lost packages once they have left our studio. Because all of our garments + textiles are produced in house, we ask that you allow 2-4 weeks from date of purchase for us to ship your item(s). Hand Dyed, Woven, or Marbled items may require additional time for delivery and are stated within the item description.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns for online purchases within 14 days of delivery. If it is outside the 14 day window, we can offer store credit for the return if it is within 4 weeks of the original delivery. We cannot honor exchanges or refunds after four weeks. Please return unworn merchandise with original tags, invoice, and packaging. Please note that if any item is returned in a condition other than how it originally left our facility, a Cleaning + Restocking Fee may be deducted from your refund or store credit amount. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized by Jamie + the Jones. Please send your return request to support@jamieandthejones.com with your order number and list of items you would like to return.

Just perfection

I ordered the Blank Canvas dress in olive and it is just perfect. I love the breezy way the sleeves fit and at 5'5" the length on the small is also perfect. It is such a beautiful color and such an easy, elegant fit.

Want to feel like you've got a touch of the Markle Sparkle? This is the dress for you.

This dress is a truly versatile piece. Unbelted, it looks like an upgraded T-shirt dress, perfect for an afternoon spent browsing museums or early evening cocktails at a rooftop bar. Belted, it can easily take you to more formal functions, even serving as a beautiful wedding dress. I know I shouldn't be surprised by the attention to detail shown with every J+J piece, but the amount of care shown to even the two belts included with this dress is just... It's still a bit of a pleasant shock to see and feel and experience all around.

The neckline on this dress is a bit wide, and thicker bra straps will probably peek out. It still drapes nicely over the clavicle - and truthfully, the wider neckline makes it a lot less likely you'll mess up any elaborate hair or makeup you may be rocking. The hem falls about an inch below my knees (I'm 5'7"), making it a good length if you need to observe a more formal dress code.

Beautiful, versatile dress

I got this dress in natural to be my wedding dress. I wanted something simple and beautiful that I could wear after the fact as well. This dress delivered. I love the two different belts that come with it. I’ve worn both of them separately and together for different looks. I’ve worn it to brunch, to work, and just unbelted relaxing at home. The lines of it are gorgeous and it’s very well made.

Lovely, Timeless Dress!

The shape of this gorgeous dress is so flowy and flattering. I have it in both blush and ink and they are such special pieces. I love the movement of the dress and the cut and colors are so lovely. A perfect, minimalist, special occasion dress, I love the understated glamour of this design!
