The T-top is a fantastic piece. Full disclosure, I picked up a 2nd hand one just to try the company, and it’s been amazing. The top I picked up had a tiny hole in it, but I sewed it up (badly, I don’t know what I’m doing), and the repair is invisible, and it’s been going strong since then for 4 years. It’s completely unkillable!
I love the cut of the t-top. The crop is perfect with high waisted pants. It looks interesting and can pass as dressy, but it’s supremely comfortable. The fabric is amazing. It has a soft, warm touch, but it’s remarkably temperature-regulating. So, it’s just as good at keeping the sun off on a hot day as it is keeping you warm on a cool evening. I’ve bought my wife one in the extended length, and she loves it. The extended length is perfect for those who don’t like to show off their stomachs. The cut looks elegant, and works for business meetings, but it’s also as easy to pop on as any tshirt. In the dark colours, the dye can streak a bit, but it’s not really noticeable unless you really look for it.
One thing to note is how good the raw silk is for travel. It doesn’t hold wrinkles, it doesn’t get smelly, it’s temperature-regulating, it can be dressed up or down, and if it does get dirty, it hand-washes in a minute and dries in a few hours. If you have a steamer to freshen it up between wears, you can wear this a lot with out wearing. Like, a lot. It also folds up really small, and it’s super soft and comfortable. In short, you want one!
