Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING

All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Please be aware that you may be responsible for additional customs fees charged by your local post office upon arrival in your country. We are not liable for lost packages once they have left our studio. Because all of our garments + textiles are produced in house, we ask that you allow 2-4 weeks from date of purchase for us to ship your item(s). Hand Dyed, Woven, or Marbled items may require additional time for delivery and are stated within the item description.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns for online purchases within 14 days of delivery. If it is outside the 14 day window, we can offer store credit for the return if it is within 4 weeks of the original delivery. We cannot honor exchanges or refunds after four weeks. Please return unworn merchandise with original tags, invoice, and packaging. Please note that if any item is returned in a condition other than how it originally left our facility, a Cleaning + Restocking Fee may be deducted from your refund or store credit amount. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized by Jamie + the Jones. Please send your return request to support@jamieandthejones.com with your order number and list of items you would like to return.

  • Scrap Bundles are ready to ship!

    • Our cutting room scraps are your D.I.Y. treasures!
    • Our goal at J+J is to reduce waste to become more efficient + sustainable as a brand. This includes using our scraps for a variety of projects: The Scrap Collection, Scrap Quilts, The J+J Swatch Kit, and Scrap Bundles.
    • Each Scrap Bundle includes a 1 pound variety of colors bundled together in a solid color bundle, or the option to be sent a random selection of some of our current favorites.
    • Sizes of scrap pieces will vary, ranging from 4”x 4” up to 6”x 10”
    • We cannot guarantee sizes.
    • All our fabric is pre-washed + shrunk to ensure quality and care standards.
    • Please note: If using lighter colors with darker colors in a project, the lighter tones will be susceptible to dye transfer.
    • Dry Clean Only is recommended to keep your project in pristine condition.
    • Please refer to our Care Guide for more details.
    • Material: 100% Raw Silk Scraps
    • J+J Rainbow: A surprise mix of colors we have on hand. Does not include every color.
