Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING

All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Please be aware that you may be responsible for additional customs fees charged by your local post office upon arrival in your country. We are not liable for lost packages once they have left our studio. Because all of our garments + textiles are produced in house, we ask that you allow 2-4 weeks from date of purchase for us to ship your item(s). Hand Dyed, Woven, or Marbled items may require additional time for delivery and are stated within the item description.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns for online purchases within 14 days of delivery. If it is outside the 14 day window, we can offer store credit for the return if it is within 4 weeks of the original delivery. We cannot honor exchanges or refunds after four weeks. Please return unworn merchandise with original tags, invoice, and packaging. Please note that if any item is returned in a condition other than how it originally left our facility, a Cleaning + Restocking Fee may be deducted from your refund or store credit amount. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized by Jamie + the Jones. Please send your return request to support@jamieandthejones.com with your order number and list of items you would like to return.

    • Gathered sleeves and a loose-fitting drape.
    • Side pockets to hold your favorite things or to hide your hands;).
    • Straight hem that hits just above the knee.
    • We imagine this dress being a year round companion on trips to the farmer's market, out to lunch with friends or dressed up for a night out.
    • Cordova is wearing a size Extra Small in Amethyst. She is 5’7” Tall with a 32" Bust, 26” Waist, and 34” Hip.
    • Lexi is wearing a size 3XL in Black. She is 5’6” Tall with a 55" Bust, 50” Waist, and 61.5” Hip.

      About our Weaver: Amanda James

      Amanda James is running a small batch textile manufactory in Madison, WI called Thief & Moth. She learned to weave in 2007 while getting her BFA from Kansas City Art Institute and has been passionate about including handwoven fabrics in the garment industry for over a decade. Her fascination for the handloom and all of its many moving parts is unfading, and for her the joy is in the making—touching and retouching each piece of yarn, overcoming challenges, and discovering new possibilities.
