Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING

All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Please be aware that you may be responsible for additional customs fees charged by your local post office upon arrival in your country. We are not liable for lost packages once they have left our studio. Because all of our garments + textiles are produced in house, we ask that you allow 2-4 weeks from date of purchase for us to ship your item(s). Hand Dyed, Woven, or Marbled items may require additional time for delivery and are stated within the item description.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns for online purchases within 14 days of delivery. If it is outside the 14 day window, we can offer store credit for the return if it is within 4 weeks of the original delivery. We cannot honor exchanges or refunds after four weeks. Please return unworn merchandise with original tags, invoice, and packaging. Please note that if any item is returned in a condition other than how it originally left our facility, a Cleaning + Restocking Fee may be deducted from your refund or store credit amount. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized by Jamie + the Jones. Please send your return request to support@jamieandthejones.com with your order number and list of items you would like to return.

Even better than expected

The white color is closer to rice than snow white which makes it easy to pair with other colors. Pure/bleached white can be hard to pair with low saturation colors. Also, it doesn't get dirty quickly either.

There is more texture to the fabric than shown in the photo, and makes the sweater more interesting in person.

It has substantial weight and thickness so good against wind but with the cut it is breathable. With a thin wool or alpaca shirt underneath, this sweater is good for 40 degrees weather for me. I didn't expect cotton to be this warm.

The shape is very forgiving for most bodies, but may not help hide sloped shoulder much.

The size chart is good but you can always reach out to the customer service for sizing advice. They are super responsive and helpful.

Perfect.

This has been a staple in my wardrobe for almost three years now. I live in an oceanside climate so it's a year-round piece. It's definitely a baggy, oversized fit (size 16, got the L, the M would still be oversized), so when I want to tighten up the weave a bit I put it in the dryer after washing. Then it layers over and under just about anything: dresses, slim and wide pants, chore coats, turtlenecks. Everybody says it looks comfortable, but pulled together; I feel protected and secure under the weight of it. 100% worth it.

Flattering and Comfortable!

I bought this in Natural as a companion to my Heavy Weight T Sweater in Black. I love them both! As a comparison, the weight on this is a bit lighter/softer, but the weave is still nice and tight and the material lays in a semi structured way. This makes the shape really flattering and forgiving of the mid-section. It's less cropped than the T Sweater which also helps cover your tummy. I have both styles in the Medium and the sizing is consistent, this just has a more oversized style/fit. Definitely a closet staple for fall through spring with a nice in-between weight, flattering shape and comfortable fit.

Love It

I am such a fan of J&J sweaters and tops. I recently purchased this top and it is perfect for cold weather and extremely comfortable and the pockets in the front makes this sweater a winner for me and a bonus to the design. The woven fabric is such good quality I do not mind paying the price. Love It!!!!!

Easy staple

This sweater feels special and every day at the same time. It is thick but not overwhelming. The texture is soft and unique. I ordered mine with an extended hem which hits just below the hip on me. I think it is something I can throw on over jeans and dresses. I really love the quality and I believe it will be in my closet for a very long time.
