SHIPPING
All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Please be aware that you may be responsible for additional customs fees charged by your local post office upon arrival in your country.
We are not liable for lost packages once they have left our studio.
Because all of our garments + textiles are produced in house, we ask that you allow 2-4 weeks from date of purchase for us to ship your item(s).
Hand Dyed, Woven, or Marbled items may require additional time for delivery and are stated within the item description.
RETURNS
We gladly accept returns for online purchases within 14 days of delivery. If it is outside the 14 day window, we can offer store credit for the return if it is within 4 weeks of the original delivery. We cannot honor exchanges or refunds after four weeks. Please return unworn merchandise with original tags, invoice, and packaging. Please note that if any item is returned in a condition other than how it originally left our facility, a Cleaning + Restocking Fee may be deducted from your refund or store credit amount. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Long Hollow's alpacas are sheared only once a year on the farm to maintain their health and to harvest their beautiful fleece. Alpaca fiber is naturally hypo-allergenic and Suri Alpacas are known for their silky, lustrous rope-like twisted locks. This makes the fiber extremely soft and not scratchy at all!
Care: Hand wash or Machine Wash gentle with cold water. Lay flat or hang to dry. Do not put in the dryer, warm iron if needed.
